Mr. Page is in charge of Shelterwood’s financial administration as well as overseeing all regulatory and compliance programs. He has been with J.M. Huber Corporation for more than 25 years and held a variety of senior positions including Finance Controller, Director Enabling Technologies, and Director Audit and Special Services. He also served as a special consultant to the Huber shareholders and family office members on financial, accounting, tax and regulatory initiatives.

Prior to Huber, Mr. Page spent more than five years as an audit
and tax professional at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Page is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has completed certificate programs in fraud auditing and information technology systems auditing through the Institute of Internal Auditors. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Rutgers University and a Bachelor
of Science degree from Boston University.
